Lante Optics announced that its shareholder Jiaxing Lantuo has reduced its holdings by 2.13 million shares through centralized bidding from July 25, 2025, to September 22, 2025, accounting for 0.5283% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction price range of 26.9 to 35.2 yuan/share, cashing out 64.0912 million yuan. The reduction plan has been completed. Before the reduction, it held 8.52 million shares, accounting for 2.1131%; after the reduction, it holds 6.39 million shares, accounting for 1.5849%
