WINFULL GP expects that the annual loss attributable to shareholders for the year ending June 30, 2025, will be significantly reduced, with an anticipated loss between HKD 55 million and HKD 75 million, compared to a loss of approximately HKD 242 million for the year ending June 30, 2024. The board pointed out that the reduction in loss is mainly due to a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties, impairment losses on leased properties, and a reduction in write-downs of properties held for trading
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WINFULL GP (00183) announced that it expects the loss attributable to the company's owners for the year ending June 30, 2025, to significantly decrease, ranging from HKD 75 million to HKD 55 million, while the loss attributable to the company's owners for the year ending June 30, 2024, is approximately HKD 242 million.
The board believes that the change is mainly due to a significant reduction in the following losses for the current year: fair value loss on investment properties; impairment loss on leased properties; and write-downs on properties held for trading
