In 2024, Jiangsu Benchuan Intelligent Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. signed a partnership agreement with professional investment institutions to jointly establish the Shenzhen Baoteng Fushun Venture Capital Fund Partnership. All partners have committed to contribute a total of 150 million yuan, with Benchuan Intelligent contributing 30 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 20%. As of the announcement date on September 23, 2025, Baoteng Fushun has completed the second phase of funding, raising 45 million yuan. Among them, Benchuan Intelligent has contributed 9 million yuan in the second phase.
