Shanghai Yongmaotai provides a maximum guarantee for a credit line of 35 million for its subsidiary

Recently, Shanghai Yongmaotai Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. signed a "Guarantee Contract" with Bank of Communications to provide a maximum guarantee for the credit business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yongmaotai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., with a maximum debt amount of 35 million yuan. The guarantee period lasts until three years after the expiration date of the last principal debt under the main contract, with no counter-guarantee. This guarantee has fulfilled the internal decision-making procedures. As of September 22, 2025, the company's guarantee balance for Shanghai Parts is 619.76 million yuan, and the total guarantee balance for the company and its subsidiaries is 1.22661 billion yuan, accounting for 58.40% of the audited net assets in the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2024, with no overdue situations. This guarantee is to meet the working capital needs of the subsidiary's daily operations, and the risk is relatively controllable
