Veichi 2025 semi-annual equity distribution: a dividend of 0.15 yuan per share

Suzhou Veichi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan. This profit distribution plan was approved at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on September 10, 2025. The equity registration date is September 30, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are October 9. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital minus the shares held in the repurchase special securities account as of the registration date. As of the announcement date, the actual participating share capital is 212,945,384 shares, and the proposed cash dividend is 31,941,807.6 yuan.
