ABT Networks: Appointed Liu Lei as the company's board secretary

On September 25th, ABT Networks announced that the board of directors held the 18th meeting of the third board of directors on the same day, reviewing and approving the proposal on the appointment of the company's board secretary. Upon nomination by the company's chairman, the board's nomination committee approved the qualifications of the nominee, and the board agreed to appoint Liu Lei as the company's board secretary. Currently, Liu Lei has not yet obtained the qualification certificate for the board secretary of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, and his term will last from the date he obtains the board secretary qualification certificate until the end of the current board's term, at which point the company's chairman and general manager Zhong Zhu will no longer act as the board secretary
