MTCN's controlling shareholder Xu Yijun reduces holdings, fulfilling previous plans

On June 24, 2025, Zhejiang MTCN Co., Ltd. disclosed a pre-disclosure announcement regarding the reduction of shares by its controlling shareholder and actual controller Xu Yijun, who plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2,584,380 shares within three months. As of August 22, the proportion of his equity change reached an integer multiple of 1%. From August 29 to September 24, Xu Yijun and his concerted actors reduced their holdings by 918,750 shares through centralized trading, accounting for 0.71%. Before the change, the total shareholding was 47,202,440 shares, accounting for 36.42%; after the change, the shareholding was 46,283,690 shares, accounting for 35.71%. This reduction is in line with the previous plan, has not violated any regulations, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
