The company decided to deregister this subsidiary based on actual operations and business planning to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs while increasing efficiency. This deregistration matter is within the authority of the general manager and does not involve related transactions or major asset restructuring. After the deregistration, Liuzhou Yanpu will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, which will have no substantial impact on the company's consolidated financial statements, nor will it affect the company's normal production operations and overall business development, and it will not have a significant impact on profitability or harm the interests of the company and its shareholders
