EDO announced that the company received a "Shareholder Reduction of Company Stock Notification" from Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., a non-first major shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, and its concerted party Shanghai Science and Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. From September 18, 2025, to September 25, 2025, the aforementioned shareholders cumulatively reduced their holdings by 91,945,671 shares, accounting for approximately 0.67% of the company's total share capital, with their shareholding ratio decreasing from 11.59% to 10.92%
