BOZHON: Employee platform reduced its holdings by 2.46%

BOZHON announced that shareholders Suzhou Zhong Er, Suzhou Zhong Liu, Suzhou Zhong Zhi Qi, Suzhou Zhong Zhi Ba, and Suzhou Zhong Shi reduced their holdings by a total of 10.9837 million shares from August 4 to September 26, 2025, accounting for 2.46% of the company's total share capital. Among them, 4.4665 million shares were reduced through centralized bidding at an average transaction price of 34.71 yuan/share; 6.5172 million shares were reduced through block trading at an average transaction price of 31.27 yuan/share. Based on market judgment and funding needs, the above shareholders decided to terminate the original plan to reduce holdings by no more than 13.3582 million shares ahead of schedule
