According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ICO GROUP (01460) announced that on September 26, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Yangke Limited, intends to subscribe for 34,479 shares of preferred stock from Weitu AI Inc at a cost of $3 million.
Upon completion of the subscription, the company plans to implement a comprehensive plan to integrate the issuer's artificial intelligence capabilities into its business operations, particularly in (a) information technology application and solution development services; and (b) information technology infrastructure solution services. The board believes that once the subscription is executed, the issuer's mature artificial intelligence technology and innovative business model will bring synergies to the group's business operations.
