According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREENSUM ECOLOGY (300948.SZ) announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent with 11 shareholders of Hangzhou Actuary Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Actuary") to acquire 51% of the equity of Hangzhou Actuary through cash payment. The overall valuation of the target company is tentatively set at no more than 560 million yuan. The actual controller of the counterparty Shenzhen Huawu Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huawu Technology"), Mr. Jin Chunping, intends to obtain company shares through an agreement transfer method, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company.
