Recently, the board of directors of Beijing LongRuan Technologies Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from Ms. Jing Quan, the representative of securities affairs. Ms. Jing resigned from her position for personal reasons and will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after her departure. The handover of her work has been properly completed, and her resignation does not affect the company's related work. The resignation letter takes effect upon delivery to the board of directors. As of the announcement date, Jing Quan does not hold any shares and has no unfulfilled commitments
