ABT Networks announced on September 29 that 220,000 shares of the company directly held by the actual controller Zhong Zhu will be auctioned off, accounting for 0.29% of the company's total share capital. The auction will take place from 10:00 on October 27, 2025, to 10:00 on October 28, 2025
