SHIHUA announced that the "Consistent Action Agreement" signed by the actual controllers Gu Zhengqing, Lü Gang, Cai Huijuan, Kuai Lili, and Ji Jianrong has expired and been terminated, with Gu Zhengqing and his spouse Kuai Lili becoming the actual controllers of the company. This change in equity does not involve any changes in the number of shares held by shareholders, as it is the expiration of the consistent action agreement of the actual controllers. After the termination of this consistent action relationship, Gu Zhengqing's proportion of voting rights that can be actually controlled through direct shareholding and control of Yefei Investment and Suzhou Shilu has decreased from 67.29% to 43.65%; Lü Gang's proportion of voting rights has decreased from 67.29% to 17.20%; Cai Huijuan's proportion of voting rights has decreased from 67.29% to 6.44%
