ALPHA PRO HLDGS announced that all the conditions for the capital reorganization mentioned in the circular dated September 10, 2025, have been met, and the capital reorganization will take effect on September 30, 2025. Subsequently, the change in the trading board lot size will take effect on October 16, 2025
