Cathay Biotech announced that the company will hold the second meeting of the third board of directors on September 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the extension of certain fundraising investment projects. The company agrees to extend the timeline for the project "Annual production of 500,000 tons of bio-based hexanediamine and 900,000 tons of bio-based polyamide" to reach the predetermined usable state. The previous estimate was to complete it by December 31, 2025, and it is now adjusted to December 31, 2027. This extension is based on the fact that the supporting infrastructure and production conditions in the project park have not yet been completed, in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's normal operations
