ZhiTong Finance APP news, Suochen Technology (688507.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire 60% equity of Likong Technology held by 10 shareholders including Ma Guohua, Tian Xiaoliang, and Qianhai Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Digital Technology. Upon completion of the transaction, Likong Technology will become a secondary holding subsidiary of the company. The transaction price is 192 million yuan, and this transaction constitutes a major asset restructuring.
