ZHONGZHENG INTL (00943.HK) announced the sale of its health and household goods business property located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, for a cash consideration of RMB 58 million. The estimated sale proceeds are approximately HKD 7.6 million. After completion, the company will lease back the property for one year at a monthly rent of RMB 300,000
