Chengdu Olymvax Biopharmaceuticals major shareholder reduces holdings, equity change reaches 1% threshold

Chengdu Olymvax Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder Shanghai Wushan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and its concerted actors Fan Shaowen and Fan Fan's equity changes have reached the 1% threshold. From September 4 to 29, 2025, Shanghai Wushan will reduce its shareholding through centralized bidding and block trading, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented. After the change, the combined shareholding ratio of the three parties decreased from 29.00% to 27.92%, with only Shanghai Wushan's direct shareholding changing. This reduction is in fulfillment of the previously disclosed plan, does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, will not change the controlling shareholder and actual controller, and will not affect the company's governance and operations. The information disclosure obligor will reduce its holdings in accordance with regulations and disclose progress in a timely manner
