SUNTAR's subsidiary bank account with over 32 million funds frozen

On September 30, 2025, the bank accounts of Bai Cheng San Da Water Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SUNTAR Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., were partially frozen by court enforcement, with a total of RMB 32,634,465.65 frozen. The reason for the freeze is a construction contract dispute between Bai Cheng San Da and Jilin Anji Construction Group Co., Ltd., which has been arbitrated and is effective as per the Xiamen Arbitration Commission's ruling. As of the announcement date, the company has not received any relevant judicial documents. The total restricted funds in the company's bank accounts amount to RMB 91,245,979.50, accounting for 2.25% of the most recent audited net assets. The company will actively respond and properly resolve the freezing issue to protect the rights and interests of investors
