CAIDA SECURITIES announced that its shareholder, Hebei State-owned Assets Holding and Operating Co., Ltd., will reduce its holdings by 32.4435 million shares through centralized bidding from July 3, 2025, to September 30, 2025, and by 64.8782 million shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 97.3217 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital; its shareholding ratio will decrease from 13.61% to 10.62%, and the combined shareholding ratio with its concerted action parties will decrease from 14.54% to 11.54%.
