Hongtong Natural Gas provides joint liability guarantee for subsidiary's loan of 30 million

On September 30, 2025, Xinjiang Hongtong Natural Gas Co., Ltd. provided a joint liability guarantee for a loan of 30 million yuan applied by its controlling subsidiary Xinjiang Jiaotou Hongtong Energy Co., Ltd. to the Kunlun Bank Korla Branch. The loan term is 12 months, with no counter-guarantee. The company had previously approved an annual guarantee limit of 100 million yuan for Jiaotou Hongtong, and this guarantee is within that limit. Jiaotou Hongtong was established in 2019, with Hongtong Natural Gas holding a 51% stake. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries amounted to 976.6773 million yuan, accounting for 50.35% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is to meet the operational needs of Jiaotou Hongtong, and the risk is controllable
