UNI HEALTH announced its annual performance for the year ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of approximately 711.5 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 34.7%; gross profit of approximately 113.4 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37%; and a loss attributable to shareholders of 26.06 million yuan, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year, with a loss per share of 32.46 cents. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the impact of the new national medical insurance policy and a decrease in the number of active customers within the national distribution network
