ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948.HK) announced the complete sale of its e-commerce business subsidiary - Shenyang Golden Ant E-commerce, along with 70% economic interests and shareholder loans, to independent third party Stlet International Group for a cash consideration of HKD 27.5 million. The estimated gain from the sale is HKD 5.6 million
