According to the Qichacha APP, recently, JoulWatt Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established, with Huang Biliang as the legal representative, a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and a business scope that includes integrated circuit design, manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products, and sales of integrated circuit chips and products. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by JoulWatt
