Suochen's subsidiary plans to acquire 55% equity of Kunyu Lancheng for 74.25 million yuan
Suochen Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Suochen Digital Technology Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 55% equity in Kunyu Lancheng for 74.25 million yuan, with funding sourced from its own funds or bank loans. Upon completion of the transaction, Digital Technology will become the controlling shareholder of Kunyu Lancheng, further integrating technology and market, consolidating its advantages in the industrial software and physical AI fields, and promoting the company's long-term development
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Suochen Technology (688507.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Suochen Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Digital Technology") intends to purchase 55% of the equity held by shareholders Wang Jinsheng and Lu Yantao of Kunyu Lancheng (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunyu Lancheng") for RMB 74.25 million. The funding for this transaction will come from its own funds and/or bank loans. Upon completion of this transaction, Digital Technology will hold 55% of the equity in Kunyu Lancheng (corresponding to a contribution ratio of 55%) and will include it as a subsidiary in the consolidated financial statements.
