CSG Energy announced that from April 9, 2025, to October 8, 2025, its controlling shareholder's wholly-owned subsidiary, CSG Capital, will cumulatively increase its holdings of the company's shares by 32.9839 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital, with a cumulative increase amount of 151 million yuan, completing the previously planned increase of no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan, with an increase ratio not exceeding 2%. As of the disclosure date, CSG Capital and China Southern Power Grid Company together hold 1.563 billion shares, accounting for 41.26%
