
October 10th Midday Review: The ChiNext Index fell 3.4% in half a day, with semiconductor stocks collectively adjusting
The market experienced fluctuations and adjustments in the morning, with the ChiNext Index leading the decline. Gas stocks performed strongly against the trend, with DZUG and Hongtong Natural Gas hitting the daily limit. Consumer stocks such as clothing and dairy were active, with Anzheng Fashion and Zhuangyuan Pastoral also hitting the daily limit. On the downside, semiconductor chip stocks collectively adjusted, with Dongxin Co. and Huahong Semiconductor falling over 10%; solid-state battery concept stocks also declined, with XianDao Intelligent and Liyuanheng dropping over 10%. The indices showed a divergence between the yellow and white lines, with more stocks rising than falling. Over 3,000 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets were in the green, with a total transaction volume of 1.65 trillion in the morning session. At the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 0.51%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped by 1.85%, and the ChiNext Index decreased by 3.4%
