Due to work adjustments, Jiang Shiyi requested to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After stepping down as Chief Financial Officer, Jiang Shiyi will continue to serve as a director, vice president, and board secretary of the company. On October 10, 2025, the company held the 12th meeting of the third board of directors, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Changing the Chief Financial Officer," agreeing to appoint Shen Kai as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective immediately
