In the morning session, domestic software concepts were active against the trend, with industrial software and Xinchuang sectors leading the gains. Kingsoft Office rose nearly 10%, while RONGJI SOFTWARE hit the daily limit. ARCHERMIND, ZWSOFT, Dameng Database, Foxit Software, and Qilin Xin'an also saw significant increases. On the news front, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and six other departments recently jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Deepening the Innovation and Development of Service-oriented Manufacturing." The key productive service industries proposed in the "Plan" include technology services, industrial design, software and information services, productive financial services, intellectual property services, and energy-saving and environmental protection services
