To further improve corporate governance and standardize company operations, in accordance with relevant regulations, and upon the nomination of the chairman and the review and recommendation of the board nomination committee, the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors agreed to appoint Yang Yukuo as the board secretary of the fourth board of directors, with a term consistent with that of the current board
