According to the announcement from China Technology Industry Group (08111), the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, notifying that the Listing Division has decided that the company has failed to maintain sufficient business operations and possess substantial assets as required under GEM Listing Rule 17.26 to support the continued listing of its shares, except for the company's application for a review of this decision.
After seeking professional advice, the company submitted a written request on October 13, 2025, to have this decision reviewed by the GEM Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules. Therefore, trading of the company's shares will continue.
