MTCN announced that as of October 10, 2025, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Xu Yijun reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 2.5843 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from July 29, 2025, to October 10, 2025, and through block trading from August 5, 2025, to August 22, 2025. This represents 1.99% of the company's current total share capital and 2.00% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. The reduction price range was from 31.01 yuan/share to 39 yuan/share, with average reduction prices of 37.3 yuan/share and 33.36 yuan/share, respectively. This reduction plan has been fully implemented
