Aofu Environmental Tech announced that the company plans to sell the land use rights and factory buildings located on the east side of the south end of Fumin Road, Economic Development Zone, Linyi County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, to Linyi Jingxin Glass Co., Ltd. The transfer price is expected to be 23.852 million yuan. This transaction aims to optimize the asset structure and activate idle assets, which will not affect the company's normal operations and will not harm the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. The transaction has been approved by the seventh meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company and does not require submission for shareholder meeting review
