The approval agrees to the company's application for the registration of issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects and requires that this issuance be strictly implemented in accordance with the declaration documents and issuance plan submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration approval. The company will handle the relevant matters of this issuance within the specified period and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
