HAIER BIOMEDICAL announced that Jiushi Youxuan No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund has increased its holdings in the company by a total of 15,897,909 shares through centralized bidding and block trading in the secondary market, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital. The funds for this increase in holdings come from its own funds. After this change in equity, Jiushi Youxuan No. 1 has become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
