According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NOVA TECH (300921.SZ) stated that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and concerted actors Mr. Chen Shulin and Mr. Jiang Xiaoming have issued a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan from Controlling Shareholder, Actual Controller, and Concerted Actors." The company also received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan from Huai'an Zhongren Jiaye Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" issued by the shareholder Zhongren Jiaye. Mr. Chen Shulin and Mr. Jiang Xiaoming plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 5,471,096 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.9767% of the company's total share capital and 3.0000% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares. Huai'an Zhongren Jiaye Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhongren Jiaye") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 483,796 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.2632% of the company's total share capital and 0.2653% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares
