Genbyte announced that its shareholder Zhongtian Zhike will reduce its holdings by 329,900 shares through centralized bidding transactions from August 5 to August 11, 2025, accounting for 0.2279% of the company's total share capital. The average reduction price was 32.55 yuan/share, with a price range of 32.11 yuan to 36.21 yuan. The reduction plan expired on October 14, 2025, and after the reduction, Zhongtian Zhike holds 385,100 shares of the company, accounting for 0.2661% of the total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and does not involve any violations
