Huafon Aluminium: Change of name for shareholders holding more than 5%

Huafon Aluminium announced that the name of its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Shanghai Huafon Tianzhun Investment Partnership, has been changed from "Pingyang Chengpu Investment Partnership" to "Shanghai Huafon Tianzhun Investment Partnership." The change has completed the relevant procedures and received a new "Business License." The capital contribution is RMB 252 million. This name change does not involve changes in the number or proportion of shares held and has no impact on the company's daily operations
