Bonree announced that its shareholder Shanghai Yuanheng Lihui Consulting Management Center has reduced its holdings by 320,000 shares through centralized bidding on October 15, 2025, accounting for 0.72% of the total share capital, with a reduction price range of 59.34 to 59.34 yuan/share, totaling 18.9775 million yuan. The reduction plan has been completed, and the current number of shares held is 1.33 million, representing 3.00% of the shareholding ratio
