Veichi: Co-founded Yangzhou Henghe Juchuang with Hu Zhiyong and others

Veichi announced that the company, together with Hu Zhiyong and other entities, has jointly established Yangzhou Henghe Juchuang Venture Capital Partnership. Veichi has committed a capital contribution of 10 million yuan, holding a 5.88% share of the assets. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The move aims to leverage the experience and resources of professional investment institutions to broaden investment methods and channels, capturing investment opportunities in relevant innovative fields
