In 2025, Ningbo Zhenyu Technology Co., Ltd. approved to provide a guarantee of no more than 3 billion yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary's financing for the year. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Industrial Bank Ningbo Branch, adding a guarantee of 100 million yuan for its subsidiary Ningbo Zhenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., increasing the total guarantee amount to 450 million yuan, with a current guarantee balance of 187 million yuan. The contract guarantee amount is valid from October 15, 2025, to December 31, 2027. As of October 17, 2025, the total guarantee amount approved by the company is 3 billion yuan, accounting for 100.22% of the most recent audited net assets; the cumulative actual guarantee balance is 655 million yuan, accounting for 21.89%, with no adverse guarantee situations
