BPSemi announced that its affiliated company Hanfeng Electronics plans to repurchase equity held by the company for 14.2403 million yuan, of which 8.25 million yuan will be repurchased in cash, and the remaining 5.9903 million yuan will continue to be used as investment principal. After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity ratio in Hanfeng Electronics will change from 10.2757% to 6.7706%. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring
