ST HULUWA: Plans to sign a technology cooperation and development contract with related parties

On October 17th, ST HULUWA announced that the company plans to sign two "Technology Cooperation Development Contracts" with its related party Hangzhou Kanglixian Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly develop the projects of "Ondansetron Oral Film" and "Idarucizumab Injection Concentrate Solution," with estimated contract amounts of 9.1 million yuan and 2.15 million yuan, totaling 11.25 million yuan
