The project includes the construction of new production workshops and R&D office buildings, with a total construction area of about 20,200 square meters and a construction period of 1 year. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Elite Color (002998.SZ) announced that the company recently signed an "Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Qushui County. The agreement stipulates that the company plans to invest approximately RMB 150 million to construct the Qushui Elite Color Engineering Composite New Materials Production Base Project in Qushui County, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region. The construction goal is to establish a production line for engineering composite new materials with an annual output of 30,000 tons and related supporting facilities.
The overall construction period for the project is 1 year, planning to build a production line for engineering composite new materials with an annual output of 30,000 tons and related supporting facilities, including 10,000 tons/year of functional filament fabric and 20,000 tons/year of filament geotextile, involving the construction of new production workshops, R&D office buildings, and a security booth, with a total construction area of approximately 20,200 square meters.
