iRay: "iRay Convertible Bonds" conversion price adjustment, involving suspension and resumption of trading

iRay announced that, due to the completion of the issuance of A-shares to specific objects for the year 2024, the total share capital will increase from 200,362,704 shares to 211,411,684 shares. The conversion price of the "iRay Convertible Bond" will be adjusted, from 115.46 yuan/share to 114.98 yuan/share, effective October 22, 2025. The "iRay Convertible Bond" will be suspended from conversion for the entire day on October 21, 2025, and will resume conversion on October 22
