ROISERV: Wu Qiuyun appointed as Executive Director and Chairman
ROISERV announced that Mr. Wu Qiuyun has been appointed as Executive Director and Chairman, effective at the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting. In addition, Mr. Wu will also serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Long Xiaokang will be elected as the employee representative director at the employee representative meeting on October 21, 2025, and will continue to serve as an Executive Director until the end of the term of the second board of directors
