MEDLANDER announced that in the first three quarters of 2025, the company achieved a net profit of 95.9987 million yuan. As of September 30, the profit available for distribution to the parent company is 218 million yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without increasing the capital reserve into share capital or issuing bonus shares. As of the announcement date, the total share capital is 100 million shares, deducting 2.1921 million shares in the repurchase special securities account, the total number of shares participating in the dividend is 97.8079 million shares, with a total cash dividend of 29.3424 million yuan planned for distribution. This plan is subject to approval at the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025
