The Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a decision to impose regulatory warnings on Zhejiang East Asia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and relevant responsible persons. According to the facts established in the "Decision on Ordering Zhejiang East Asia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Rectify" (〔2025〕 No. 224) issued by the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau, the company’s use of part of the raised funds is inconsistent with the purposes disclosed in the prospectus for its initial public offering. The company failed to timely fulfill the review procedures, and the relevant information disclosure regarding the storage and actual use of the raised funds was inaccurate. The above actions violated relevant regulations
